newborn care specialist for over 7 years. In
my time as a nanny, I realized just how
many first-time parents don’t have the
skills and support they need to feel
confident bringing home their first baby -
yet they don't need a full-time nanny or
night nurse. That’s why Gentle Steps was
born.

Troubleshoot Session
- After serving over 25 families during her 5 years as a full-time nanny and almost
a decade in childcare, Moriah loves the opportunity to teach parents how to be
the best caregivers they can be! Moriah is a Dallas native and a graduate of
Booker T. Washington for the Performing and Visual Arts. She attended
Maryland Institute College of Art in Baltimore, and works as a mixed-media and
collage artist and private art teacher in her free time. Ask about her art lessons
for little ones! Moriah also loves to travel, and has visited 4 continents!

- Laura works as a private elementary school teacher, tutor, and admissions consultant
here in Dallas, where she has worked with upwards of 20 families in the course of 7
years! As an educator, Laura finds fulfillment in equipping parents with the knowledge
they need to help their little ones thrive, from birth to college. Like Moriah, Laura is a
Dallas native, and a graduate of Ursuline Academy and Fordham University in New
York City. When she’s not working with students or as administrator and consultant
here at Gentle Steps, you can find Laura working on her second young adult novel.

- Get all the pre-baby guidance you need to make your last trimester a breeze. Includes the following: nursery setup and organization, registry and product recommendations (what you need and what you really don’t), sleep training plan, and what to expect the first few months. 4 hours, can be scheduled on separate days. $250
preparing for baby package
- Newborn life hits hard. Book a night off and our newborn care specialist will spend a night at your
home with your baby so you can get a full night’s sleep - secure in the knowledge that your baby is
only a few steps away and well cared for. 8-12 hours. $280-420
Night off
- Our most popular package includes the following: swaddling, feeding, bathing, sleep and daytime
routines, how to soothe a crying baby, how and when to babyproof your home, how to develop
language skills, encouraging development through play - and more! 6 hours, can be scheduled on
separate days. $375
bringing home baby package
- Toddler tantrums getting you down? Let us help. We’ll spend two days with your family and help you
figure out what could be contributing to your toddler’s meltdowns or behavior challenges. Then, we’ll
give you the skills, knowledge, and suggestions you need to help them. Starting at $480.

- Need a refresher? More questions? Book a troubleshoot session either in-person or virtually.

- We offer tutoring and enrichment for ages 3+ and private school admissions for pre-k through
